A Call for Action is membership coalition consisting of a collective body of people who work together to resolve consumer issues of all types. We also handle general public safety issues. We are not a political organization and we do not support any political candidates or issues pertaining to their campaigns.
We work at the grass roots level to lobby for consumer rights and take action on issues that violate or infringe on consumer rights regarding fraud, misleading advertising, public awareness and public safety. We take action through signed Petitions and media outlets drawing attention to issues of consumer protection and public safety. We work in conjunction with the BBB and State Attorney General Office or other entities to get results.
I oftentimes submit a humorous video related to the issue but in no way does it undermine the seriousness of the issue.
With your help we can lobby the local media outlets to draw attention to the issue.
We need your help to make the changes necessary to protect consumer issues by:
Making a financial pledge of $10.00 or more a month
Getting involved through the signing of Petitions
Making suggestions and submitting feedback to our website and blog
Becomming a voice in your community by obatining Petition signatures with our action packets
Any other method that does not provoke violence or public demonstrations
You may ask why it is necessary to become a member? With members who pay a membership fee, we are able to get results on consumer issues that other organizations are unable to obtain because of our Petitions and grass root coalition membership.
We DO NOT partake in public demonstrations or rallys. Anyone who uses our name or promotes our cause through such means is violating our ethics guidelines.
