I have seen many complaints of not being able to stop Google Adwords from debiting or charging a person's credit card even after the ad has been cancelled. I am having same problem. I started adwords campaign and stopped it shortly after I saw charges coming out of checking account from my debt card number. I am unable to stop Google Adwords from charging my credit card. I am also unable to stop the charges at my credit union because it was a debt card transaction and it costs the credit union money to stop it, plus they need documentation that I have tried to contact Goolge. Its imposible to contact Google and what little help I have received is worthless. They do not understand the English language. I will continue to keep trying to stop these charges with but have had no success with Google. They are complete idots and have no idea how to interpret the English Language. This is now the 6th time I have tried to get Google to stop these charges and they are refusing to help. They tell me to sign in to my adwords account and stop it there. They (being google) tell me to use my account number from adwords which they say is different but it has the same account number. I am finally getting a response from my emails but once again, Google says they can not cancel my account and I would have to do that with adwords.com. I have to reset my password everytime I sign in and when I do its the same password as before. I am asking for people who read this blog to join me in a civil petition against Goolge to get them to be accountable for their actions. They have no customer service, they have no phone number to call with live support. They expect people to solve their problems through forums. These forums are worthless as they never solve the problem. Its just a social network of people who have the same or similar problems with Google. I have tried to resolve this issue with Google but they continue to say they cannot help me and to use the forums to get my problem resolved. I have tried the forums but with no success. I am requesting any and all who read this blog to help to: 1. Sign a civil petition against Google for not being able to resolve customer complaints. 2. Take legal action against Google for unauthorized charges. I will also post a YouTube video on this issue.
